How Financial Wellbeing Support Works

A simple way to bring practical financial education into the workplace, with optional individual support available for employees.

1

Group Workshop

Employees attend an interactive financial wellbeing session covering practical financial topics, with the opportunity to ask questions.

2

One-to-One Meetings

Afterwards, employees can choose to book a confidential meeting to discuss their own circumstances with an Independent Financial Adviser.

3

Follow-Up Support

Employees can access further support where required, rather than the workshop being a one-off presentation.
