A good employee benefits package supports your staff beyond their salary. I help employers across Northern Ireland understand, review and put in place benefits that protect employees' income and families, give access to healthcare, and help them plan for the future.
From workplace pensions and group protection to private medical insurance and financial wellbeing, the starting point is understanding what matters to your business and your employees.
How I Can Help
Support can focus on one area or bring several benefits together as part of a wider employee benefits package.
Financial Wellbeing
Free group workshops and confidential one-to-one support covering the financial questions employees have throughout their working lives, including mortgages, protection, saving, investing, pensions and wills.
Workplace Pensions
I'll review your current workplace pension, check it's still right for your business and staff, and help employees understand and make the most of it.
Group Life Assurance
Often known as death in service, group life assurance can provide an employee's loved ones with a lump sum if the employee dies while covered by the scheme.
Group Income Protection
Group income protection can provide employees with an ongoing income if illness or injury prevents them from working for an extended period, subject to the policy terms.
Private Medical Insurance
Private medical insurance can give employees access to private healthcare and treatment, with the level of cover shaped around the needs and budget of the business.
Reviewing Existing Benefits
What do your staff really value? I'll review your current benefits, find out what employees use and what genuinely makes a difference to them, then help you focus your budget where it counts.
Financial Wellbeing as an Employee Benefit
Employees often have questions about their own finances that sit outside the normal role of HR, from pensions and mortgages to wills, protection and saving for the future.
My financial wellbeing service gives employees direct access to an independent financial adviser through group sessions and optional confidential one-to-one meetings.
- On-site or online group workshops

- No cost to the employer or employees for the sessions

Group income protection is designed to provide an income for an employee who cannot work for an extended period because of illness or injury. The amount, waiting period and duration of payments depend on the scheme selected.
